Smile More Ä Care More

Ann's Campaign, P.O. Box 262, Mount Vernon, Virginia 22121

It is with great compassion and thankfulness that we invest $500 in the work of Violent Crime Victim Services of Tacoma, Washington, in honor of the "Warriors for Justice." Victim Services offers hope for broken lives and the Warriors "dig in" to bring truth to the forefront, while championing a non-violent peaceful society based on accountability. They never give up - Never!

Without Lew Cox, Jean and I would have walked a much more lonely, uninformed road over the past six years. We might have given up. Without the Warriors we would have had less reason to regain our faith, hope, belief in our justice system and in our country. We wear old glory on our lapel with great pride today and our steps are quicker, our smiles more radiant.

We do not celebrate that individuals have been placed in jail and that their families are in anguish. Their actions (those of the defendants and their advisors), we do not understand. But, it is now very clear that truth under oath is paramount. Furthermore, it is now crystal clear that conspiracy and perjury will not be condoned in the judicial system of the State of Washington.

The Warriors are those who investigate, those who inform, those who prosecute, those who support, those who represent, those who lead, and those who educate and advocate. Three cheers for the Warriors! The "Warriors for Justice":

This list is not complete. We are still searching for the Warriors and we think some may be embedded. We will find them and we will recognize and salute them. When the list is complete and at the appropriate time we will raise our voices high and the world will know and the world will applaud the "Warriors for Justice."

We are not preparing to recognize "Advocates for Peace." Each and every one on the list above and those that will be added are "Advocate for Peace." But, we can't have PEACE without JUSTICE. Those on this list serve on the front lines. Family members, friends, teachers, pastors, doctors, counselors and others support justice and work for peace. We want to recognize them in the near future.

Finally, we have made life long friends with and through Lew and Suzanne Cox. We walk together, we talk together, we heal together and we support each others.

Sincerely, Coleman and Jean Harris

"As we mingle with others, let us be diligent in labor, just in our dealings, courteous to everyone and above all, honest and fair in the games of life." - FFA Manual - Closing Ceremonies
